Challenges that work on the Learning Management Competency:
The teacher reformulates the contents, methodology and organisational methods of each unit taking into consideration the intended learning. In other words, they guarantee the connection between the proposals and educational practice.
The learning contents of a teaching unit identify those elements that each student must work on to attain the set educational objectives.
Thinking Skills and Abilities Challenge
With this challenge you will master strategies to develop mental processes and abilities that enable the individual to develop the ability to observe, analyse, reflect, synthesize, infer, compare and be creative. These abilities are focused on adaptation to their environment, problem solving and decision making.
This challenge comprises three skills:
2. DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE THINKING
This skill works on suitable techniques for the design and development of activities that stimulate creative thinking in the classroom, and also on identifying those techniques and strategies that promote the development of critical thinking.
3. THINKING SKILLS AND ABILITIES
This skill helps enable the teacher to suitably and effectively teach the thinking skills and abilities for students to learn and permanently apply them in all areas of their life, planning activities to share learning objectives and criteria with students, preparing initial activities so that students can identify, anticipate and plan their action, program some time for students to reflect on their own learning strategies, and, using activities, assess the process followed and results obtained compared with the set objectives.
